Service Description
TryProspectsPlus provides direct mail marketing automation services including:
- Targeted mailing list creation and management
- Campaign design and automation tools
- Print and mail fulfillment services
- Analytics and performance tracking
- Customer support and consultation
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Comply with CAN-SPAM Act and other marketing regulations
Payment Terms
Payment terms include:
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
- Campaign costs are charged based on volume and services
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
Limitation of Liability
TryProspectsPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
